How to create link generator for affiliates?

Does anyone know what is the script used to create the link generator used on this page?
I'm not related to them in any way.
How are the "?id=1", "id=2", etc, at the end of urls being done for differing landing pages?
I've even seen other url generators that can include the TID.
Would appreciate your knowledge on this one.
I'm aware there is hopguard and easyclickmate.
But I don't think they are used for these pages.
