Newsvine - intelligent

I have seen many theories on intelligent life being on other planets. But I have to ask this question.

A few simple questions. Answers should be fairly easy.

I found a fascinating little book the other day called, Probability's Nature and Nature's Probability, by Donald E. Johnson. Johnson has Ph. D.'s in both Chemistry and more recently in Computer and Information Sciences.
