Although Fox declined comment, multiple sources confirm to me exclusively that Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles has been renewed for a second season.

According to Kristin over at E! Online, the sci-fi series that takes place in the universe of the Terminator movies (even though some die-hard fans scoff at it), the show will be coming back for a second season in the fall.

After watching a few episodes of the new series, I'm underwhelmed. Lena Headey isn't a good fit for Sarah Connor. John Dekker is an acceptable John Connor, but he's been saddled with some thoughtless writing.

When I heard of this new series coming to FOX, I had mixed reactions. I'm a big fan of the Terminator franchise, so first there was a feeling of excitement.
