Kanika if you get a chance, check out what ChartAnalyst just told me about F on Tale of Two Charts thread. You are right about F possibly going to $8! Good job! This guy is the most knowledgeable Trader I have ever met. Except you of course!

I agree. If BAC drops below 10, I would definitely buy more. BAC is a great INVESTMENT! F, on the other hand, is a trade. I know that F has the best cash position of the "Little Three", but it could be a year before it goes to 8. The entire U.S. Automotive Industry has MAJOR problems, as I'm sure you know. When I bought F at 1.45, I knew exactly when I was going to sell: when it was announced the automotive industry would receive money from the government. When it was announced, shares rose to 3.48ish on the news that day and I sold at 3.35. F hasn't seen 3.48ish since the announcement. I think F could go to 4ish when Obama takes office and he gives them more money. The 17 billion the automotive industry is getting from the TARP is to keep them afloat until until the President- Elect takes office 1/20/09. He's already indicated that he will give them more money once he's in office, if they get their crap together...So I would wait for Obama to take office, and when he announces bailout, I would sell the pop-THAT DAY. Enjoy talking stocks with you and if you have any ideas that could make me money, I'm always searching.
