LEADLAYER said: That was my xfire upload read out it detects 8 cpus as does vista performance moniter but yes ur right'As it says on the processor box i7 quadcore desktop it only has 4 physical cores but almost double the pins on the processor 1366 to avg quadcore of 775. Make no mistake it tears down CRYSIS an GTA (6 gigs of ram help to)an runs my 8800 maxed out ,bench mark cpu usage 38 % videocard memory use 98% i upgrade my card an this will destroy GTA all day long lol

Gah. Looking at the console version then looking at the PC version makes it feel like I'm going from SD to HD.

The PC version looks a hell of a lot better, provided your rig is really good. If you can actually max the draw distance and textures (which the game won't allow you to because cards don't have enough memory yet) then it's unbelievable.

Really nice, but, odd... Didn't have any problems running GTAIV. Though something I did noticed that raised a concern. Guy needs to upgrade his ram. Benchmarks I've done in competition with my best friend showed that DDR2 1066 performs a lot better than DDR3 1066... its weird as hell, but it does.

the pc one was lagging, sharper too. its hard to compare when it's different time of the day, the lighting is different

The game runs ALOT more better with the new patch, i literally gained 30 fps on the same settings after the patch, i was stunned.
