Why would a country and a government, waste the most precious resource it has, the citizens, the work force, the strengh of all of its industry and growth? The fuel of the money making engine of profit.

Snow snow snow snow snow and more snow and then some more snow on top of that. I got a little snow blind yesterday. Second time it ever happened. It is like having grains of sand under your eye lids. Too much time outside in the sun and snow will do that.
