Where can I collect my ticket at a European station?

If you wish to collect your tickets from a shop, you must be able to present the bank card you used to make your purchase.
An additional €10 charge (CHF 12.-) will be requested upon retrieval, exept at the Thalys Store & More of Cologne, Düsseldorf and Aachen.
