Tonight, we just heard from Sony that the PlayStation 4 will be coming out this holiday season with a price of $399 in the US, along with first look at the hardware design of the next-gen console. Furthermore, Sony has revealed that the PS4 will come equipped with a 500 GB HDD, the same size hard drive found in Xbox One.

Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment Software has announced Mad Max for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and PC. Avalanche Studios will develop the title and is slated for a 2014 release.

PlayStation 4 will require a PlayStation Plus membership to play online multiplayer, Sony revealed at tonight's E3 conference. Single player games can still be enjoyed without a PS+ membership. And there will be no online connection required to play PS4 games.

Bethesda Softworks and Sony have entered into a partnership to bring The Elder Scrolls Online to the PlayStation 4. The game will come to Sony's next-generation console in Spring 2014. A beta will be exclusively available first for PS4.

Square Enix revealed Final Fantasy XV for the PS4 during tonight's Sony E3 conference. The twist here is that the game is Final Fantasy Versus XIII re-branded as Final Fantasy XV, and it looks amazing.
