I'm sorry to hear about the loss of your site as I've enjoyed the content over the years.
If any of you are interested, my gaming community well be more than happy to welcome each and every one of you with open arms. We're not "huge" by any stretch, but we're very close knit.
^Looks like a really nice forum tbh, I may head there if I try to find a new place to post.. I might follow the majority of GT users (if there is a majority) and I'll definitely stick with the GD crew if we end up finding a place to keep chatting!

We'd love to have you, and don't mind at all if you split your time between us and where your GT friends migrate too! We were formed out of a bunch of us who decided to up and leave IGN after we grew tired of it!
We are in the process of building up the site with actual content (articles/videos/etc.), but we're taking baby steps in that direction.
guy who had a frieza avy who used to post here. liked thrash music and lolicon got booked because he was file sharing child porn...like real CP not lolicon #freezirb
The site I posted earlier would probably be the best bet in my opinion. As far as I know, its not for profit(not sure, but you cod ask grummz), which is also a good thing.
Some cool people migrated from the GT forums years ago. 5 to be exact. Just wanted to pop in here to say my farewells. Despite not being active for half a decade(which in internet years is closer to two decades) I still look back on the time spent here with warmth. My favourite memories include sitting up all nights during summer break, posting from my Wii of all things. I didn't have access to a PC for quite some time, so that was my only option. Quoting and editing was pure hell, but somehow I put up with it. I first joined in 2008 or something under the name Lick-A-Metal. Later changed it to Lusciousfuga and I'm pretty sure I used at least one other name similar to that. I was kind of a weeb, kind of an edgelord, kind of a hipster. Hell, I was one of those people with Lucky Star avatars at one point. I cringe when thinking of it, but it's not like you can do anything about the past except use it to change your future. A lot of things happened throughout the time I frequented these forums and I would be lying if I said the GT forums didn't affect my life in many ways. Mostly for the better. I appreciate the people I got to know here, even if they are gone now. I appreciate the quality content put up, because there were some quality content. It was a fun ride, but all things must come to an end.

RIP in piece, GameTrailers. You will be missed.
5 years ago? That was subjectless, wasen't? Was also part of that faction, but left shortly before factions went away.

Wow, I am blown away. I doubt anybody remembers me. Was here back in 07/08/09 slash i can't even remember. I'd love to see if anybody who was involved with the GTMN Faction streaming movies is still here. Bugman, Zero, anybody. Spent an entire summer up all hours of the night streaming awesome movies on livestream with awesome people. Great memories. It's been so long, can't believe its going.
