The Batmobile leads the new improvements to the Arkham franchise. Does the latest threat to Gotham City give us a night to remember or is it time for the series to retire?

Why are PC gamers so freakishly embarrassing? Just shut the hell up and wait for the patches. Don't rock the boat. Be patient. God damn chill. WAIT for the patches. They will come. Until then, just behave and act with dignity. God damn.

What, BangBoom? I welcome being downvoted in these cases since that only proves me right. There's a shitload of you immature PC kids roaming the internet with your ego hater attitudes, which actually makes all those thumbzes down work in my favor. Simple logic. You're all just too many, you swarm like locusts when confronted with the slightest bit of criticism against your group behavior. PC-only-players represent the typical asshole epitome of a cultural movement; that's just a proven fact at this point.

As a fan, I would highly recommend you to play all earlier games, but if you want to save your money and time, there is also a way. I found a youtuber Andy Gilleand, who made awesome job by making a movies from videogames, by watching his work you will never miss an important thing. I´ve played all 3 previous games on my pc, and since pc-port is now UNPLAYABLE I watched his channel.

The PC Version is bad. And the Game itself is the worse Arkahm Game so far. 9.0...ridiculous.

I've played all three of them and I still feel like Arkham Asylum is their best work. You owe it to yourself to play that.

SPOILERS

"...Tells a mature story that cares about it's characters..."
This has to be a joke... the story is among the dumbest Batman stories you could possibly imagine... I used to make up stories like those when I was like 12...
Arkham Knight puts D-Day in Normandy to shame when it comes to invading, US government doesn't seem to care, poison ivy = giant plants and joker virus idiotic stuff... OK, I could live with that for the sake of gameplay, comic logic etc... BUT... Batman makes such MORONIC decisions during this game that it's beyond me (eg. lying and locking Robin)... and what's more important... villains are reduced to repetitive, dumb minigames (chase the firefly x3, blow up penguins safe x 5 etc)... NO BOSS FIGHTS whatsoever... heck, Hush is like... press a triangle and that's it... whole Death Stroke "fight" is a blatant rip off of encounter with Knight (which sucks in the first place)! Knights motives and change of heart are also just silly... not to mention TONS of bad cliches ("It's too dangerous", "It's the only way to stop X", "I can handle it")...

I'm not going to continue, it's a good game, solid 8 IMO, but damn... the story is bad even for comic-book standards, believe me guys... It's like Knightfall mixed with Under the Red Hood, but way more retarded.

This was a weak review basically it was: this is a good game with barely any reasons why. Also the combat difficulty is something I never mastered I SUCK at getting high combos for melee fighting and I generally don't suck :/

I haven't played the other ones and I can follow just fine. Sure there's references here and there, but it doesn't really take away from the overal experience.

Look here pc guy, this game wasn't played on a pc, Brandon most likely played it on a ps4, so the game he reviewed WORKED PERFECTLY FINE. Why would he let the score of a game that works perfectly fine on consoles be dependent on the problems it has on pc? Like it or not, the biggest game audience is still the console gamers, they don't want to hear about problems on pc. Wich is why on most gaming websites pc gaming is still an afterthought. That's just how it is. Get used to it.

Reviews are a joke, Any game with any version filled with bugs should never get a 9. Crappy unfinished games keep happening because review sites rate them highly and people pre-order based on hype vids. Look at all the hype vid of this game by nividia but apparently quality testers said that batman was like that almost a year back, so nividia fixed the bugs for those trailers and gave us bull vids.

Fallout 4 is gonna receive critical praise and probably be broke and need tons of patching. It's gonna get 9 plus because reviewers have hard ons for during e3. You guys should just review the game right now, obviously you guys don't play them when doing the actual reviews.

Why should the review be tainted by the PC port's problems? It would't exactly be a fair representation of the game, would it?

And game journalists wonder why people don't take them seriously anymore. This review is pathetic. Not mentioning the broken mess the pc version is telling a clear story about the reviewer and this joke of a gaming site. Why do I even visit it anymore I have no idea.

Nobody else knows the answer to that. You should probably just stop visiting.
