Career: Engineer, former VP of Engineering, founded a small mfg firm. USN veteran. Currently maintaining small business and trying to navigate difficult economic climate.
Hobbies/Interests: My family is paramount. Maintaining sort of a "status quo" of my present lifestyle as I get older. For me, this means, being able to eventually retire to the "good" life and reduce the day to day to a more enjoyable pace. Start picking up the interests and hobbies I had when much younger. Devoted family man ....
About Me: Far too many hours devoted to work and not enough to family and trying to change that habit from past 25 years. Investing is a way to offset the fact never been a government worker or had a nice golden parachute.
Trading Experience: Intermediate investor trying to become advanced, enhancing my knowledge with investing in the past 3 years having been in and out of the market in the past 30 years. 1987 Crash speaks for itself and dot com bubble. My history of investing goes back to the late 1970's. Became a more active trader only 3 years ago.
Education: Brooklyn Tech HS, Polytechnic Institute of NY (BSEE) Graduate courses in School of Hard Knocks.
