3-D computer graphics (CG) art is capable of generating the most eye-catching and incredible effects, and that's why we love it. The extent to which 3-D CG can replicate human characteristics is simply unbelievable, It can generate graphic details that could easily be mistaken for live photography.

Simply stunning and amazing! It's almost getting hard to tell what is fake and what is real. I wish I had that talent.

Everyone one of these portraits are created by extremely talented artists, using CG. They are so life-like they look like photographs in some cases. The time that it took to create such art is mind boggling, but the results are visually stunning.

Those are indeed quite excellent!!!!

Another area that CG has really advanced in is the movies.

Watch the movie Beowulf then look at the making of portion of the DVD.

It is amazing when you compare the "voice" of the title character to the video.

Of course there ARE portions of that movie where the CG is pretty evident, but others where it is not quite so evident.
