  • The United States was created to be a representative republic, not a democracy. We may be devolving into a democracy but according to the Constitution that is not the intent of our founding fathers.

  • Brad Melton was kind enough to give us an overview of the Honduran Constitution. It looks as though the Commander in Chief of the military is a Congressional appointment and but the president apparently has the ultimate authority which is implemented by the Commander in Chief.
