Handing down his judgement, Mr Justice Henderson, said Mr Kostic would not have left the money to the Tories if he had been "of sound mind".
The Liberal Democrats have unveiled plans which they say would lift five million people out of "relative poverty" and end "dependency culture".
This is gold.
Chancellor Gordon Brown will succeed Tony Blair as Labour leader and prime minister next month without facing a contest, it has been confirmed. I happen to agree with today's Independent; there now seems little reason for Blair to hang around.
Prince Harry will not be sent to Iraq, defence sources have said. The Prince had previously stated that he wanted to be involved in active service with his unit.
Three people, including the widow of 7 July bomber Mohammad Sidique Khan, have been released without charge after being questioned over the 2005 attacks.
The Eurovision Song Contest voting system needs to be changed because it is "harmful to the relationship between the peoples of Europe", an MP has said. Countries voted for their neighbours rather than the best songs, Liberal Democrat MP Richard Younger-Ross said.
Zimbabwe has been elected to head the UN's commission on Sustainable Economic Development (CSD) despite strong objections from Western diplomats.
It is still unknown whether either John McDonnel or Micahel Meacher will muster enough support among Labour MPs to challenge Gordon Brown for the leadership.
It's finally happened; the Cons have established a lead in a poll which would give them a working majority. It's only six, but it's still a milestone.
Worrying reading for the Labour Party - more eyes will begin to fall on Miliband if Brown doesn't improve in the polls.
The Government has lost three more Lords votes, this time over plans to detain mentally unwell people who have not committed an offence. If they're going to rebel this much anyway, surely we might as well elect them?
Peter Hain really is putting himself about more in terms of proposals than the other Labour deputy leadership candidates.
Noel Gallagher, who was one of the celebrities invited to Number 10 in 1997 to celebrate Labour's victory, has launched an attack on Labour's record in office, claiming that there is "nothing left to vote for".
...and every second he spends there will send more votes to opposition parties. He just doesn't seem to realise he's a liability.
Lord Owen has claimed that Sir Menzies Campbell is too old to lead the Liberal Democrats. Not the most original comment on Ming's leadership.....
Laughed when I read this - great manoeuvring by Brown to ride public opinion and make Blair look bad. Brilliant.
A fascinating analysis of polls predicting a high probability of a hung parliament, and whether in such a scenario the Liberal Democrats will be the "king makers" or there will be a minority Government. Of course, I hope it to be the former!

An interesting article which points out that both The Times and The Sun today carried editorials scathing of David Cameron; could his support of yesterday's Iraq enquiry motion have upset Murdoch?
There will not be an inquiry into the Iraq War, yet at least, as the Government today won the key vote in the Commons. The Government was supported by 298 MPs and opposed by 273.

Hi Henry!
well done with this! I know from Graham Wright that you have been thinking of going to the telecanvassing training next Tuesday between 6.30 and 9.00 pm. I went to the session this afternoon and it was very interesting. One point that was raised was that young members like yourself should be given a list of young electors (which can be quite easily extracted from EARS) so that youth issues can be addressed more knowledgably and because of differences in style. So I do hope you can make it on Tuesday.
See you in Harrogate?
Yours,
James
