I purchased templaes and would like to modify logo.jpg to change name.

How to modify text in logo.jpg files

The .jpg files are not editable. All changes should be performed in the .psd files before you “Save for Web”

The video does not show you how to save for web using Microsoft Expression and still you are advised that you can use this programme too.

Microsoft expression web is an HTML editor and could not be used to edit images. Save for web procedure could be done only with Photoshop. Nevertheless the template is not only an image so you still need Microsoft Expression web or Adobe Dreamweaver to edit the template code.
