How to add/remove widgets

This tutorial will show you how to add/remove widgets in the WordPress WordPress is web software you can use to create a beautiful website or blog. The widgets are controlled through the WordPress admin panel.

Login to the WP admin panel and go to Appearance>Widgets

In the left column you can see all available widgets.
In the right column you can see the available widget areas.

To add new widget drag it from the left column into some widget area in the right column.

To remove the widget locate it in the widget area in the right column and click Delete. Or drag it from the right column to the left.
