The Export screen has several Option:

• Start Date and End Date – the creation time period for the posts and pages you want to export.
• Authors – select if you want to export all posts or only the posts created by the specified author.
• Categories – select if you want to export all posts or only from the pecified categories.
• Post Tags – filter the exported posts by the post tags.
• Content Types – select if you want to export posts, pages or both.
• Statuses – filter the exported content by the status.
