Prestashop. How to add new page

This tutorial will show you how to add new content page to your prestashop store.

To add an information page, you need to do the following:

1. In admin, go to Tools ->CMS ->Add a new page
2. Enter the Meta Title, Meta Description and Meta Keywords

• Meta titles are a short title relevant to the specific page concerned. If this is an article, then the meta title could be the same as the title. If the page is a category or product, then a bit more imagination might be worthwhile.
• Meta description is easy for the products and categories. Often the brief description from the product page is suitable there. For articles,  a brief summary of  the title and keypoints would be good.
• Meta keywords are a list of keywords you consider the most appropriate to use for any given page—just one, two, and three wordphrases separated by a comma in a list.
• The‘Friendly URL’ should also contain your main keywords separated by a a dash. e.g: ‘new-page’
• Use the editor to enter and format the required page content or copy and paste text from an Office document.

4. Click Enable and Save.

• Go to Modules ->Front Office Features ->CMS Block v1.1 byPrestaShop and click Configure. There you can check the  new page under Footer’s various links Configuration and that will add it to the footer menu.
