I need to pass on a my experience with your company. I first bought my template through Go Daddy back on 1/25/2012 and was so frustrated with the template I dropped Word Press and let me account sit.
This morning early (EST) I went on your live chat with Mira whom was absolutely awesome and helped me all the way though my issue with the template. Stayed on with me for over an hour while I was getting completely irritated at this and ready to give up. Mira went above and beyond sticking with me to the very end until the template issue was solved and working correctly. I am not very techy and sticking with me when it would have been very easy to just give up is true customer service!
I really hope this finds its way to Mira and the proper recognition is given as I would want the same with my company.
