After Anthony Scaramucci was named White House communications director, many in the media pointed out a 2015 Fox Business Network appearance in which he called then-candidate Donald Trump a "hack" and a bully.
"He's a hack politician. ... I'll tell you who he's gonna be president of - you can tell Donald I said this - the Queens County bullies association," said the then-Wall Street financier, adding that he didn't like how Trump talked about women.

Then a supporter of Jeb Bush in the Republican presidential race, Scaramucci was on "Mornings With Maria" reacting to a comment by Trump about hedge fund investors paying "nothing" in taxes.
At a press briefing today, Scaramucci was asked whether President Trump ever reminds him about that statement.
"He brings it up every 15 seconds," said Scaramucci, calling it a mistake that he made as an inexperienced person in politics.
"I personally apologize for the 50th time for saying that. ... I hope that someday, Mr. President, you'll forget it," he joked.
