Rep. Trent Franks (R-Arizona) joined President Trump at a campaign-style rally in Phoenix last night and was called up on stage at one point.
On "America's Newsroom" today, Franks backed the president's calls to end the Senate filibuster in order to pass his agenda.

"If we're going to drain the swamp in Washington, we have to pull the plug on the Senate filibuster. It is the only hope for us to get accountable clarity in in our appropriations process," said Franks.
Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) has said the filibuster is not going anywhere. Trump's calls to end the filibuster come amid a public feud between himself and McConnell.
The president took to Twitter again this morning to call for a change in Senate rules.
If Republican Senate doesn't get rid of the Filibuster Rule & go to a simple majority, which the Dems would do, they are just wasting time!
