'Relentlessly Negative': Hillary Blasts 2016 Media Coverage for 'Opening Door to Charlatans'
An eyewitness described a "nightmare" scene Monday after a van drove into a crowd in Toronto, injuring multiple people.
Police officers captured the suspect minutes after news broke of the horrific incident.
"He's just hitting people one by one, going down," the witness said. "It was a nightmare."
The man said the scene was "gruesome," and was visibly shaken by what he saw.
Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau also commented on the incident, tweeting that officials were monitoring the situation closely.

"I can't believe this is happening," the witness told reporters.
He said that the driver hit "anybody in his way" while riding along a sidewalk.
Global News journalist Jeremy Cohn tweeted that some people at the scene of the incident were pronounced dead, although there is no official confirmation of fatalities.
