Change Email Account Settings without cPanel Access

Summary

It is easy to allow an individual without cPanel access change their Email Password, create an Auto Responder, or setup Email Filtering.

Login to Webmail

This is possible by having the email account holder go to http://www.yourdomainname.com/webmail/ and logging in with their email account username (must be full email address) and password*. Once logged in, this is known as the Webmail junction, one will see Horde, SquirrelMail and Roundcube. It has several other links to Configure Mail Client, Change Password, and setup Auto Responders and Email Filtering.

If the email account holder is behind a firewall where port 2095 is not opened and cannot log into webmail, the alternate URL is http://login.Justhost.com/. Log in with the full email account name and password.
