I love how I can pick up the phone anytime of the day and speak with someone who actually cares about my call, support and advice given by Just Host representatives is honest, reliable and overall 10/10! There is live chat for smaller queries and email support for the less important stuff - basically Just Host has everything covered A++++++++++

I love Just Host - I have been switching Web Hosting providers for years for one reason or another but I really think I will stay with Just Host, their support is excellent and their applications rock. From Wordpress to OsCommerce, I can install the latest versions of these products in a matter of seconds. I currently have 5 websites which I have moved to Just Host and with ?unlimited domains I will certainly be hosting some more. I am Just Host all the way :D

Just host really take their time in answering your queries, I am a beginner and I have little knowledge about all things “web hosting” however I couldn’t feel more at home here knowing that I am just minutes away from speaking with a just host representative who will take my queries.

Can I just say thank you to just host for your continuous commitment to customer satisfaction, in such a complicated industry it’s so great to have a friendly support team who are so patient and understanding with your concerns.
