Wow! What a host! I was so excited to get started that I mistakenly signed up on the wrong plan, I emailed the billing department and a woman called Becki had me on the right plan in no time, it took just 15 minutes and my ticket was resolved. I've been with web hosts before and I don't think I have ever had a response on the very same day. Top marks for Just Host!! Keep up the good work!!!

My first email was answered within 10 minutes, pretty fast considering I hadn't even signed up for priority support. I really like the control panel and the site builder is a life saver! I have been with 2 other hosts before and who's the best web hosting provider I hear you say? Two words: Just Host.

I had a real crappy host before this one, I am so fortunate to be part of Just Host and I'm extremely excited to get started. At first glance everything looks great, the control panel, all the features and the support staff were very chatty this morning!! If Just Host really offers all of the features they promise on their homepage then I think I am going to love it here!!

Although admitedly I encountered a problem when trying to sign up (think this was more my computers fault than anybody elses), throughout my stay with you guys you've been very supportive and you are always there to help. What's more, Just Host are the cheapest web hosting provider on then net - when you consider the amazing possibilities that they have to offer! I am thoroughly satisfied with the service!
