Love reading your comments and you crack me up bro! :)
Sorry you're such a wimp Bill. You pulled the same crap Bill O'Reilly does. If he can't win the debate, he rants and then pulls the plug on the caller. My comment might have been needful of discretion, but I believe I was in the limits of COH. You couldn't debate my comment so you told the teacher huh? If I could run into you I'd give you an atomic wedgie and a swirly. The GOP has no Honor anymore, and you're the perfect example.
Thanks for your "Meta Policy" tip. Much appreciated!
Bill - you already a friend, oops. This is good to be part of the solution, and think about serious concerns as well as share in the discussion. angela
Bill, As a good friend of Phil Clapp's, I want to thank you for your wonderful, thoughtful piece on him last month. Not being able to express my loss to a group of friends, I used your farewell to announce Phil's death. When Phil went into the hospital, a group of us began monitoring his daily "progress/fight" over the ensuing 10 days. I really thought he would beat the odds and I was ready to lecture him on taking better care of himself when he had recovered. My office is three floors above Phil's and our home is across the street from his. Phil mentored and was the boss of our oldest son for three years. I can't think of a better education for a young environmental lawyer!
When next you are coming near the Daily Grill, give me a call. I would enjoy a cup of coffee with you in Phil's honor. That is when I can stop crying.Winsome McIntosh

I believe you made reference to Reverse Osmosis in a post concerning Colorado's water, etc. You stated that R.O. was energy intensive. I thought you might not be aware of the new low pressure, high volume membranes in use now. Anyway check them out. They are very much improved, and demand less power.
Hi Bill. I found some articles today (7/7/08) about troubling declines about Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae stock and their potential need of 75 billion in new capital. I was wondering if you had any thoughts about how this may affect the housing market and the economy in general. After reading you bio thought you may have some special insight, however, I may be mistaken since you work in commercial real estate.

Thanks for the criticism, even as harsh as it was. I'm reading more in the direction you indicated.
See you around the vine.
