Use English Only
All posts written by you must be written in English. There will be NO exceptions! If you do post in a language other than English will receive an infraction.

Have One Account Only
You should only have one account, active or inactive, regardless of who you are. If you are caught having multiple accounts, then all of your accounts will be banned. Remember we have Admins and Mods who know how to track you.

Behave
This is so important. You must use common sense and show respect to ALL of other forum members. Do not flame, demoralize, demean or cause problems for anyone on the forum. Any posts that disrupt the general peace will be deleted without warning. Repeat offenders will be issued an infraction or banned at our discretion. There is No need to abuse or flame others. If you don?t approve of something someone has said, let us know. If you don?t like someone, then ignore them.

Profanity & Slander
Black Hat Team is to be an enjoyable forum for all. We don't intend to censor any messages based on the opinions expressed by you within any posts, but the policies outlined both here and on the forum will be enforced. Please use common sense and keep in mind we are watching you. If you feel you have to slander someone, go somewhere else and do it.

NO Racial slurs
Racial slurs are not allowed here. We won?t stand for any racial comments in this forum. We are all the same in this world. We won?t stand for any sort of racial type of activity. This will result in an instant if you are caught. This also includes anything sent by PM as well.

Porn or Nudity
We want to keep this as a decent forum, so NO nude or porn pictures are allowed. No nudity or porn related stuff is allowed in posts, signature or your avatars. Doing so will result in a temp ban until you change it. No nudity of minors. Period. We don't care if it's legal in your country or not. It is Not legal on this forum. We do not support this type of behavior at all. An instant ban and even a report to the authorities if this is found

Hacking
We don't encourage any discussion on hacking in this forum. This is a MARKETING forum in black hat style. Any discussion of hacking methods, theories, or anything hacking-related is STRICTLY prohibited! Do not post software or tools related to hacking. As always failure to abide by this rule will result in a permanent ban.

Promoting Other Forums
We don't allow you to post links or information about any other forums here under any circumstances, not even in your signature. As always this will incur an infringement or total ban if you are caught.

Affiliate Links
Affiliate links are only allowed in the Affiliate Programs area of the forum, or in your signature. This includes links to your websites or blogs which redirect to an affiliate link. If you want to let people know about a new website or program, then we allow you to create ONE thread only in the Affiliate Programs thread. Ensure you provide detailed information about the program and you must include 2 links: one link for your affiliate link and one link that is for a non-affiliate link. This is to enable members to have choice to sign up under you or not. Do not try to bend these rules by making a post about an affiliate program you found, and ask people to PM you for the information. If the Information is not in the post then Do Not post your link at all. If you are caught trying to break any of these rules, the affiliate link and / or post will be removed and an infraction or even a ban will be given.

Spam
Absolutely no spam of any kind is allowed here. This will not be tolerated. Instant bans will be enforced. This includes posting your affiliate links in the forum as well as PM spam. If you're caught spamming, you will be permanently banned from this forum. No warnings, no questions asked, no second chances. If you have a great opportunity or product you want to tell people about, stick it into your signature or create a real post.

Post Count Inflation
Do not post any short replies for the sole purpose of inflating your post count. This includes the infamous ?thanks for the share? or other short, worthless posts. If you?d like to say ?thanks? to someone for their effort/contribution, make use of the Thanks button.( See Using The Thanks Button) That?s what it?s there for. If we catch you using short replies to inflate your post count, all of your replies will be deleted without any notice and then your post count will be reversed and we may even give an infraction or ban if this is repeated.

PM (Private Messages)
By all means PM other members to chat to them, however we don?t allow you to try and sell anything via PM. And do not ask people to PM you for information, only to try to sell it to them after they contact you.
If they are offering information then either write a post to get more info.If you have something you want to sell on this forum, it MUST be posted in the For Sale section, which requires Admin or Mod approval. Don?t post it before you have approval. If you are caught soliciting via PM, your account will be banned instantly. Remember you don?t know who is going to report you, and all it takes is one person.

Signatures
You must be a member of the forum for 30 days and have 50 quality posts before you will be allowed to use a signature on this forum. In order to use links or images in your signature, you need to be a Donor. You may post 2-3 affiliate links or 1 SMALL banner in your signature. Do not use a large font size, any crazy fonts or colors, sound clips, animated gifs, excessive smiley?s, or anything else annoying. We have the right to change or even delete your signature as we see fit at any time.

The Report Button
If you find a post that looks like it's in direct violation of the forum rules, please report it to us by using the report button (the Red Triangle with ! in it). There is a report button next to every post, as well as in each PM that you receive. Clicking it will send an email to every Administrator and Moderator informing them of the post's or PM's location, so that we can find it and remove it if deemed to be in violation.. If you want to keep this forum clean then this is the best way to fight against spammers or people who are trying to cause trouble. If you just ignore it, it may never get addressed! Reporting a post is completely anonymous; the person you are reporting will not know who reported the post. And we wont tell them either.

Using The Thanks Button
If you find that the information from another member is useful or helpful to you, then please make use of the Thanks button, instead of posting a reply that merely says ?thank you". This helps us keep the forum clean and free of clutter, and helps to improve the other person's reputation on this forum. Any posts found to be just a couple of words saying ?thanks? or something like that will be deleted. So don?t use this to up your post count. You can find the Thanks Button at the bottom Right hand corner of each post. Please do not abuse this Thanks, doing so may result in a ban.

Infractions and / or Bans
The Administrator and Moderator have the right to issue infractions or bans as they see fit. If you receive 3 infractions on this forum, it will result in a permanent ban. Infraction will occur for spamming this forum with unrelated posts. Posting multiple spam posts will not be tolerated and you will notice that these posts will not be here for very long. Just come back late and see. So Spamming will only get you banned. Don?t try it.

No Illegal Downloads
Do not upload any software that is listed in our Do Not Share List. Sharing software listed in here could result in an instant ban! Do not upload any copyrighted material to this site without the expressed permission of the copyright holder. Any copyrighted material should be approved by a member of our staff BEFORE you upload it. A copy of the permission given should also be provided to the staff.

Any material found in this forum that is illegal will be removed without notice. Don?t even consider trying to use any sort of sneaky tactics, or provide downloads that contains anything malicious such as Spyware, Adware, Warez, Viruses, Trojans, etc?, Doing so will only get your account banned. You must also explain the download in full detail so that another member can decide from this if they would like to download this item. So if you are unsure about sharing any file, then send a PM to Mod or Admin first to ask if it would be OK to upload it. The Staff have the right to remove any approved files at any stage.

Please check your uploaded files for viruses BEFORE uploading them. You can scan them for free with VirusTotal.com
please also show the results. This will ensure that we are all downloading some safe files.

Services Section
This is the section where you are allowed to list your SERVICES for sale. So this means No software, No scripts, No eBooks, and No money-making methods, and there will be No physical items listed or requested in here. This section is for listing SERVICES only! If you wish to list your service on this forum, you must first contact a member of our staff to have your service reviewed. Warning: Use the sections like For Sale, Services or Free Lancer at your own risk! We are not here to protect you from scammers, and will not act as an intermediary between any person or parties. We will not be held liable or responsible for any damages or losses of any kind that result from the use of this forum. Remember thought, we are interested in any scams that take place on this forum. If you make a claim of fraud or a scam, you must provide solid proof.

Scammer List
If you are found to be a scammer or being dishonest in the forum in regards to lying about products, reviews, testimonials, earnings, or anything scam like in nature, you will find yourself in the Scammers List.
If for some reason you find yourself or find a product of yours in the Scammers List and wish to be removed, you must make contact with and Administrator or Moderator and explain your story. The Administrator or Moderator will then make contact with the parties who put you on this list and then one of two things will happen: Either you/it will stay there, or you/it will be cleared and removed. If you do not make any attempt to be removed from the Scammer List thread, you will stay there indefinitely. Anyone caught abusing The Scammer List, or in fact falsely accusing someone of something that gets them on the Scammer List, will find that you get an infraction or be banned for good

For Sale Section
This section is where you are allowed to sell tangible & digital items to other members. The cost to start a thread in this section is on a sliding scale; the price required to start a thread depends on your intended sale price. Before you can start your thread here, you must first have a member of our staff review your product. You must supply a FULL working copy (NO DEMOS) or FULL access to our staff. You must also provide proof of earnings or legitimacy to back up your claims. Do not waste your time trying to doctor or Photoshop your earnings. Trust us, we'll know, and you'll get banned for it. If your item is not a BHT exclusive, the price you sell your items for here MUST match the lowest price offered elsewhere. If you are not comfortable with these terms, then you will not be allowed to sell here.

Do Not publicly debate these rules. These rule are here to provide a safe and enjoyable place for us to all attend. We encourage feedback & suggestions on this forum, and we invite you contact A Mod Or Admin member to let us know what you think. If you have a problem with a member of this forum then please send a PM to an Administrator or Moderator to enable to sort this out. We as staff are here to support you, however we will not allow members of this forum to be publicly ridiculed. This includes staff.
