    Default [GET] $2 Million In 4 Years...How I did It....DIRECT

I'm not sure if this is the correct place to post this so Admins, if it needs to be moved that's cool. I just wanted to share this with the forum.
It was created by me specifically for the BH community.
    Here it is!

Oh and I'll get some hate for this stuff but it is what it is. If you want to know how it's REALLY done,
    read!
    ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

No BS. Let's get right to it.

    Who Am I?
My name is Kenny Cannon. I created some of the best selling WSOs in the history of the Warrior Forum. Some you are familiar with – Commission Overload, Profit Snatcher, Launchpad System, and Offline Client Infusion. Many others under fake names.

Over the past 4 years I've done over 2 Million Dollars selling on the Warrior Forum. I'm not bragging, I'm just telling it like it is.

I've been in this business for 10 years and worked with some of the biggest names in the business. I've worked with some GREAT people like Mike Filsaime – one of the nicest guys I've ever met in my life. I've also worked with some of the biggest scumbags on the planet – Tim Atkinson comes to mind.

So that's all you need to know about me.

    What You'll Learn Here?
This report is simple and to the point. I'm making this specifically for my friends in the BH community as well as some of the people on my list. I'm going to share with you EXACTLY how to make a killing online – starting NOW.

This report is free. Not because it's worthless but because I truly LOVE the BH community.

I find it funny how the Clickbankers and WF members call you guys “scammers” and “thieves”. Like I said, I've been in this business for a long time. I've been FUCKED by a number of “product creators”. They actually fuck each other more than a teenage couple strung out on X. But I've NEVER been stabbed in the back by anyone in the BH community.

So what I'm going to teach you guys is how it's done. How the big players in this industry do it.

I'm going to give you a clear map from nothing to around $10,000 per month. You won't get their tomorrow. You won't get there this month. Probably not even next month. But you WILL get there within 6 months if you follow this plan.

We're building BUSINESSES here guys, not playing lotto. It takes time. The good news is that you'll be making money throughout the entire process.

    People Buy SHIT!
Lets face it. We've all seen the WSOs that are out there. 99% of them are crap. But guess what – people are buying them and they love it!

Warrior Forum members are like people in a casino. They throw up a “chip” and hope for the best. When they lose, what do they do? They throw up another chip.

When they are out of chips they walk around with their head down blaming everyone but themselves. Then the next day they are back with more chips.

Is the casino wrong for giving them a place to blow their money on useless crap? NO!

Is it the casinos fault that they keep coming back? NO!

Do the casinos all follow the same basic model? YES!

    Step 1 – Download Something
Download a WSO. I don't care if it's about Pintrist, Facebook, Youtube, WHATEVER. It doesn't matter. Just download a WSO.

Step 2 – Send To India
Or wherever you can find someone to rewrite a report for a few dollars. My outsource team is based in Punjab. Yours can be anywhere. Just send the downloaded WSO to an outsourcer found on Freelancer.com or Odesk.

    Step 3 – Write Copy
While in India, write the sales copy for the product. Sales copy on the warrior forum is about as meaningless as wearing a condom during period week. The only thing that matters is TESTIMONIALS. Why does Amazon work so well? Reviews.

So we'll write short copy (I usually steal it from another WSO and make it fit to my product) and that's it.

    An “Us Vs. Them” headline
    -What it is
    -Why they need it
    -What it's not
    -How to get it

Then fill the rest with testimonials.

    Step 4 – Getting Testimonials
Join a skype group and act like your a genius. I'm serious. Go on the Warrior Forum and look at all the skype groups they have going on. If you've spent an hour on BHT, you know more than 90% of warriors. Just join a group and start answering questions.

They'll be all over your dick like a crack whore from Alabama in seconds. No offense to my friends in Alabama by the way (if I even have friends in Alabama).

Once they think you're the God of the internet, just tell them that you are going to use their name in a testimonial for a product launch. They'll THANK YOU for using their name.

Step 5 – Launch and focus on 10.
Now here's the deal. Focusing on 10 sales per bump is a joke. But I have trouble with math and the numbers work well to illustrate how I roll. Here it is.

10 sales per bump. 10 dollar report. $100 in rev. $40 in expense. $60 in profit.

    10 bumps = 100 customers. $1,000 in rev. $400 in expense. $600 in profit.

I have an average of 20% of people rebuying (they buy one, they'll buy another).

    WSO 2 (I MAIL MY 100 CUSTOMERS)

    10 bumps = 120 customers. $1,200 in rev. $400 in expense. $800 in profit.

    WSO 3 (I MAIL MY 120 CUSTOMERS)

    10 bumps = 144 customers. $1,440 in rev. $400 in expense. $1040 in profit.

    And on and on.

In reality your numbers will be much higher. The point is to focus on how it grows.

You'll want to do one WSO per week on the same day and stick to the same topic.

If you start with a Facebook WSO, continue with Facebook for as long as you can.

Once you get to 7 total WSO's, you launch all of them together as a package for 3 times the price.

*** LEAVE THE INDIVIDUAL WSOS UP LIVE WHEN YOU LAUNCH. THIS BUILDS REAL VALUE***

Step 6 – Create Your Team
To sell a WSO you need...
    -An email address
    -A warrior form ID
    -A paypal account

After you get up and running with your first WSO, it's time to start creating your team.

    How do you do this?

You get another IP (strong VPN or get a dedicated server like I use)

You get a new paypal account (DBA, Checking, Paypal)

You get a new email and Warrior ID.

Then you start again from step 1.
Eventually your goal is to have 7 total team members (all being YOU of course) launching one WSO per week.

For the record, I currently have 25 total accounts and I have 3 dedicated employees who's only job is to make sure at least one of our WSOs is on the first page at all times.

    Remember...

    1. Download a WSO
    2. Send to India to get rewritten
    3. Write copy and get testimonials
    4. Launch
    5. Focus on the growth over the long term
    6. Create TEAM and start again at step 1.

DO THIS! It works every time!

Ish - Anyone with hands. I'm not being sarcastic - I'm just being honest. The people who write for me are 4 people who used to be CL posters for me. I took them off CL to write WSOs. If you want cheap (and you should) just hire a Virtual Assistant and have them rewrite for you. They cost around $3 per hour on average.

    Here's another tip.

Warrior Plus is now FREE and adding upsells is easy.

Add 2 Upsells and a downsell.

Upsell 1 is 3 months of Email coaching for 3 times the price.

Upsell 2 is 2 hours of skype coaching (text) for 10 times the price.

Downsell 1 is 1 month of email coaching for 2 times the price.

Downsell 2 is 1 hour of skype coaching for 7 times the price.

HIRE A VA TO HANDLE ALL COACHING.

I'd like to meet your old partner Timmy in a dark alley one day.

Yes, what you say is gospel. I know WSO's inside/out. I did the first WSO that made over $100,000 with NO affiliates. Yep, Allan Says and Mike Lantz said they were blown the **** away when this happened. They said my WSO got a lot of attention and this is what started people taking WSOs as a serious business model.

I keep telling members here to do WSOs but no one seems to listen. Some here keep posting threads about how desperate they are for money but when I mention doing a WSO I get no replies.

You and I both know what it's like to have tens of thousands of dollars overload your PayPal account in a matter of hours. I always have those pricks on speed dial when I launch a WSO knowing they will most likely "Limit" my freaking account for the 9th time. That's the one thing that honestly STOPS me from launching more WSOs.

I'm very concerned about Losing my PP account. My Achilles heel.

Maybe you can give me some info on how to set up Multiple Paypal accounts? I have a WSO in the works that I know can do over $50,000 with NO affiliates. With affiliates, maybe $150,000.

I've heard mostly good things about you. The bad shit is all related to your ex-buddy Tim.

    Any input would be appreciated.

Tim's a dick for sure but as you probably know, it's like 95% of the product creators that are like that. They call everyone in this community scammers or whatever and all they do is screw each other over. I've been in the BH community for a while (I was one of the first members of LegalEscortsCash) and I've never been fucked by anyone here...ever! Actually the owner of LEC (another Tim) lost all of his processors, never got paid, AND STILL PAID ALL HIS AFFILIATES OUT OF HIS OWN POCKET! If that guy called me up and asked me to cut his lawn, I'd be on a plane.

Anyway, for your paypal account. It goes like this...

    1. Get a DBA.
    2. Open a checking account in the Business name
    3. Open a Paypal account in the business name.
    4. Verify PP account with business checking and debit card.

All needs to be done on a fresh IP.

Thanks for the compliments BTW. It's rare that I create something with my own name on it but when I do I try to make it AMAZING! Can't satisfy everyone but I try.

You can also launch WSOs through Clickbank. Kelly Felix does really well with Bring The Fresh and that's a WSO through CB. I've done it and while it doesn't convert as well (CB scares people), it still brings in Rev and no worries about getting paid.

Thank you very much for the info! What i wanted to add is that there are a lot other payment processors... I'm using Plimus and 2checkout(they put high taxes for risky businesses) and both seem fine. They accept paypal... Of course the fees are twice the size of paypal's, but at least you can sleep at night knowing you'll get paid!

Why are you only using PayPal?

Plimus used to be good and I used to use them but they don't accept make money stuff anymore. I did a webinar for a coaching program last year and used plimus. They shut me down the next day.

    2CO is really good though.

Thanks Kenny. I already have a Business account with PP. It's not a DBA, but a Corporation. When I launched my $100,000 WSO I thought it may do $30,000. I did over $60,000 in the first 48 hours. Those aholes at PP froze my account for 5 hours during my first day of releasing my WSO. I contacted a family member in a panic and then used their account. I even called the bastards 30 minutes prior to launch, but to no avail.

As you know, PP asked me for 100 different forms of paperwork including photo drivers license, social security, business incorporation papers, profit & loss, etc... what *******. I contacted them several times pre-launch and told them I may do over $50,000 in a very fast period of time. PP assured me "No f'n problem, got you covered buddy." Then when I did exactly what I stated they shut down my PP account and my WSO Buy Now button said "sorry, this loser lost his PP account." Not really, but I know what members were thinking.

How will PP not ask for my NAME when I do some serious dollars? I'd love to have Multiple PP accounts. I'd be the biggest whore on the WF. The difference is my material is great. I have 4 decades of Offline business experience to share with members.

Yes, I realize you need to have a Different IP also. I've also heard that I need to remove some sort of "flash cookies" from my Laptop. Has anyone heard of this? I also read on this forum that if you have Windows, to simply create a different user name on your laptop and that will not have any cookies. I'm not a computer geek so not sure if that's correct or some BS.

I know of several WF members who have tested sales using Clickbank and it was a disaster. Sales were down 35% to 70%. Obviously PP is the preferred choice. Plus, if you want to use W+ or JVzoo the only merchant processor is PP, really pisses me off.

Edit: If you use other Merchant processors you will NOT get the affiliates that are available from JVzoo or W+. My affiliates now represent 75% of my sales revenue.

    2CO is really good though.
Now I remember that you need to register 1 2CO account per website. So that'll be 1 per WSO (on separate domain so the idiots will go from WF to website to purchase on the website). Actually that can be done via php redirect so the idiots won't find out about the 2CO domain per account thing... And on the real website you'll have usual BuyNow linking to the same php redirect hiding the 2co code. This way 2CO are happy and you are. Oh, it's 6am i need to sleep.

With 2Co you don't need any hiding and shit, but remember the fees... In most cases for risky stuff they are 7.5% + $0.5 per transaction + $10/month.

BTW, the BEST selling items on the WF are WP Themes and Plugins. If you have something decent expect to sell 1,000 to 2,000 units. I know people who have sold over 5,000 units, crazy shit.

    Newbies suck up ANYthing technical.

With 2Co you don't need any hiding and shit, but remember the fees... In most cases for risky stuff they are 7.5% + $0.5 per transaction + $10/month.
Same thing with CB and it takes forever to get approved. I know because I already did one WSO with CB and it sucked. When I use PP I make enough money to buy a new car, that's how I evaluate my own WSOs.

Did I make enough to buy a New Car? I have six cars already, but you get my point.

Now I'm looking to buy the New 2013 Ford Shelby GT 500 with 662 HP, amazing. It will make my Corvette look like a tugboat, lol.

One good WSO will pay for this baby:

Well since we have an actual real thread going on here, thought I'd put my two cents in.

Now, I am NOT tech savvy at all. I don't know how to clear a cookie ..hell.. I don't even know what a cookie is. What I know is marketing. I try to understand my medium (internet, tv, newspaper, whatever) to the best of my ability but that doesn't mean I know the mechanics. I know how to put out a 30 second TV spot but I don't know anything about how a TV works other than how to change the channel.

The same goes for the internet and all of this VPN/proxy/IP mumbo jumbo that I don't know anything about. So here's what I do and it works.

Similar to Kenny, I have multiple accounts on the Warrior Forum which launch multiple WSOs every month. If you've ever bitched about WSOs and their affiliates by saying "omg.. they are raping noobs and they are always giving eachother handjobs..once one of them makes a WSO they always promote eachother!" then you need to realize that yes, if you've bought one of my WSOs (you have) then you will see the same people promoting them. Because they're all me.

Anyway, back to my point. I don't know anything about a flash cookie as BHD mentioned, but this is how I do it:

In my home I have two internet connections. One from the cable company and one from the phone company. My wife has her office in the city and we set the exact same thing up there. Two internet connections--one DSL, one cable.

I've got a different desktop computer connected to each connection and these are my accounts on the warrior forum. Each account has its own paypal set up with a DBA name (doing business as, for those unaware) from the bank. So that's how I have my four accounts. I never log in to an account except on its designated desktop. My kids find my "desktops" to be old and slow and they just want to spend my money anyway so they couldn't be damned to touch one and actually learn something..

As for paying for four computers and four internet connections.. the computers I just 179d and toss my internet bill on my schedule C so I just get it all back during tax time.

so that's how you rake in on the WF if you're an old dog..

I love this forum and the invaluable information here and I have recently seen myself that product creation is the way to go (wish I knew that 4 years ago when i started) but let me ask you all a question. How do you make sales and get affiliates if you're outside the make money niche. I chose a evergreen health niche, got it on digiresults, product pay and clickbank (that was a B***H) and started dropping my jv link on FB which turned into a few affiliate and a few sales. I posted it here in the affiliates wanted section which got me a few affiliates but I know im missing something.

So im open to anyone who has any advice on getting affiliates in the health niche or has helpful advice for a first time vendor. My site:

You're going after the wrong thing.

First you need to find your market, then create your product.

But let's go ahead and go with your set up. Since you have your product you need to find where people are gathering that could use that product.

You can get on the adwords research tool and start typing in keywords that you think people would use to find the information you have to sell. For example "home remedy for warts" "how to cure cancer at home" or whatever the hell you are peddling.

Now you need to find the results that give a good monthly amount of visitors. If a keyword gets 300+ searches per month that will be fine.

NOW you need to go to google and actually search those keywords. Open up every single website for the first two pages and start trying to find people who are monetizing their site but won't be making much money right now.

These people are people who know their site CAN make money, but they don't know HOW to make money with their site. Hint: look for sites in your niche that use ADSENSE. Adsense pays jack shit. The guys who have a health blog or health site that are using adsense MIGHT make $10 every month. That's it.

So what do you do now? You contact them. You email them, you find their phone number, you mail a postcard..whatever you choose.

Tell them you have something that they will make them money for NO WORK and they don't have to pay anything. Tell them all they have to do is replace their adsense ads for banner ads to your product with their affiliate link (give them instructions to sign up as an affiliate, provide common banners, etc) and they will get PAID every time someone purchases.

Even better, find people who have forums and newsletters on their site. Tell them to put up a link to your affiliate product not only on their site but to spam that shit to newsletters and plaster it on the forums.

Even if you offer 70% commissions for these guys, yes INDIVIUALLY they make more money than you. But if you have 8 of the top 20 search results for a keyword that are ALL advertising your product, you'll get bank. And that's just one keyword. Next, go after similar keywords and do the smae thing. Find similar niches and do the same thing. You can honestly have thousands of small websites and blogs over hundreds of keywords all with your product on it.

Don't go after affiliates.. don't chase people who can promote for you... find your market and promote the hell out of it to the people who will buy. Once you start to nichify it's going to be hard to find a "super affiliate" in that area..because it's UNTAPPED. I mean seriously.. how many super affiliates out there do you think there could be for the "build your own japanese fishing boat" crowd? Probably none. You need to find a market, make a product for that market, and then deliver the product to the market.. don't build a product, then find the market, then try to find affiliates already in that market--you're doing backwards thinking.

    Now go make some cash.

Its good to see im not far off the mark, I have used the GKWT & SKCA to find long tail keywords in my niche and I have an seo team in India to post and build my site out for each one of them terms but it never occurred to me to contact the people already ranking for these terms. Sorry but if it is your first time reading a thread of this kind YOU should read the WHOLE thread with a pad and pen.
Do not post ANYTHING until you have completely read the WHOLE thread. Write down your questions on pad as you
think of them. Then when finished reading thread only ask the questions still left unanswered on your pad.!

******** Update Regarding Why Blackhat Dog Was Banned *********

Ok so as you read through this amazing thread you will see a great many posts
by Blackhat Dog and you will also notice that he is "Banned"

I wanted to give you a quick FYI so you don't have to wait till page 350 or so to see why.
Blackhat Dog is later on exposed as "AP" or Andrew Patrick from the WF were he was
also banned a good while back.

It has been alleged that he scammed a large group of WF members out of over $100k
    on his WSO.

Later you will also read how he handled himself here when he was exposed and how he
treated me as his partner on a JV with members here. Luckily I was able to protect
members here with the help of other members here. They are the ones that dug up
    the info about him.

He was in the end banned for ignoring a warning from SuperMod StevenJones regarding
selling in a BHT thread. I was given that warning too and did not abuse it again.

Hope this helps to remove your confusion why Blackhat Dog was banned.

Please enjoy this thread and the info we all share here.

    Respectfully,

    Slicer3

PS. Update Oct 30th I have just been made Admin!
If you were wondering about my post above!
Great to be here and ready to help.

    PPS. Up Date Nov11th

Just so EVERYONE knows, I have deleted and banned some members here for
using more then 1 user id to spam this forum and especially this thread.
I had my suspicions early in the life of this thread that something didn't smell good.

Now that I am Administrator here I can see who has been bs's this thread.
some had over 25 user id's here... and guess who they were attacking????

I suggest that if you are a member here and you have more then 1 account you better
come forward RIGHT AWAY.... or else all your accounts and YOU will be gone.

To the members here, especially in this thread....

Be careful of who you follow....
    Be careful who you attack
Be careful who you like and thank.

Don't be like Beep who has absolutely no creditability in the likes or thanks department.

I don't mind free speech and conflicting opinions.

What I do take issue with is someone using 25 plus accounts to carrying on a conversation
    like there are many supporters.

Now the really wise members here and in this forum will understand the level of BS that some
have gone to in here to divert attention away from them and dump it on some of us here.

I gave me personal word to be up front with members here when I became Admin and this is not
    going to change.

Thanks for an interesting and terrific thread. There's always so much to learn.

A question please to one of you excellent guys that are old hands and really well versed in WF and what there is to sell.

My niche is Writing. I would like to create a Product/Program that teaches people how to write -
    How to write an EBook
    How to write a Novel
How to write a Non-Fiction Book
How to write like Famous Authors
    Punctuation and Grammar

Yes, I know I can look up keywords, etc., but in your experience, is this a really viable niche?

I know the Kindle Ebook - how to do this and that obviously sells well, but that is so over saturated at the moment. Or is there still room for another.
I'd like to include found and bought footage of being an author and videos of dead authors talking about how to write.
Also other techniques, charts, diagrams, etc. Apart from my own knowledge and having a Master's Degree in Writing, I've got terabytes of stuff to use.

So, the question is - Would this be viable as a WFSO and most importantly, would it sell well???

Thanks in advance Members and I really do look forward to your opinions and comments,
    ~ am.

This is such a fantastic Thread... All the advice from the experienced marketers is Gold!

I'd like to have a group created, where people discuss WSO creation and various aspects of it like Copywriting, Payment Issues, Testimonials etc..

I actually started learning copywriting as recommended by BlackHat Dog.... Thank you very much BHD!
