These are more general questions and not specifcally related to the method, nonetheless I will try to answer you. If you work with cpa networks like dollarade, leadbolt or cpalead then you will be working with gateways and yes you need a website for this. The guide is about tweaking your YouTube vids that they bring in massive traffic it has nothing to do with joining a CPA or affiliate site. The people that tested the method got it working within an hour and experienced a massive gain of traffic and money the very next day.
About the cashmoneygenerator. I takes me 2 minutes to create a video.
