I am a college student and I've been writing for almost a decade now. I've been reading fanfiction for years and writing for almost just as long. I have been on this site since 2007. In English classes, I have always proofed my peers' papers and essays. In my opinion, all writers can get better with practice, time, and help. I'm here for the last part as a Beta Reader. I'm very good at descriptive passages, dialog, and most grammar. I can make suggestions so that your sentences will flow together and help your story/plot be more enjoyable to read. I'll be a stickler for the correct use of their/they're/there and you/your/you're so expect me to correct that on sight.

Poetry is not something I can help with. I'm sorry, but even when I was in high school I was just awful at poetry. I do write my own stories and am very invested in them but if I commit to being a beta for your story then I will see it through to the end.

I prefer to read in fandoms that I know. Stories I beta MUST HAVE A PLOT. I will not read crackfics. I'm open to M rated stories and lemons but I would prefer that not be what the whole story is about (but I've also been known to make exceptions for that as well; it would really depend on the plot). Please, no Mary Sues. If you know that your character is a Mary Sue but still think you have a good plot then I might be willing to make an exception.

I'm open to yaoi, but I will not beta yuri or incest. Period.
