Yeah, they're teenagers for crying out loud (I'm still reeling for that discovery, I could have sworn they were in their twenties!) And Jacob has to feel like he's watching them court death constantly to keep Motor City safe without any help more often than not...

Overall I like the headcanon that Jacob knows in the show, but this is too awesome to not at least consider possibly being how it happened!

I lol'd. For me, that was the best part of the story, Jacob's epiphany. I often wondered if he did know about her identity, but then again, we'll never know.

Damn, I love this. Jacob's potential to know about or figure out Julie's identity is one of my FAVOURITE things to play with, and I wish there'd been time for the show to go there. Could've been great. You've done a fantastic job here though, A!
