PipeDreamPrayer chapter 1 . 6/18/2017 "They didn't used to have interns in the executive office. He glanced over at Mike, of course they didn't used to have child soldiers either. Once teenagers used to get to go to college or explore their options not just go right into the company as cheap labor." Damn...that's really depressing. ..and TRUE, I just didn't quite think of it from the PoV of someone who knew what life was like before all this... Aw Roth! Ooooh yeah I never considered that Julie might have been his godaughter. ..but it makes sense... Aw Dutch really does miss his family... Ooooh That's so sweet! He compared her to her mother! Yeah, no throat cubes... Aw man! He remembers his godaughter birthday even now! Yeah that's always a really cool tidbit of info to discuss Yeah, they're teenagers for crying out loud (I'm still reeling for that discovery, I could have sworn they were in their twenties!) And Jacob has to feel like he's watching them court death constantly to keep Motor City safe without any help more often than not... Yeah be proud of Julie! Overall I like the headcanon that Jacob knows in the show, but this is too awesome to not at least consider possibly being how it happened! |
Hermonthis chapter 1 . 4/14/2015 "...and Julie's had a lot of red . . . in . . it." I lol'd. For me, that was the best part of the story, Jacob's epiphany. I often wondered if he did know about her identity, but then again, we'll never know. |
Microsuede Mouse chapter 1 . 12/28/2014 Damn, I love this. Jacob's potential to know about or figure out Julie's identity is one of my FAVOURITE things to play with, and I wish there'd been time for the show to go there. Could've been great. You've done a fantastic job here though, A! |
purpledragon6 chapter 1 . 10/6/2014 This was awesome. Both heart warming and very funny. |
