Guest chapter 17 . 9/11
I’ve just reread this fanfic and it’s, without any doubt, one of the bests I have ever read.
Thank you so very much (again).
Hope one day you would like to write a sequel. It would be a gift to know how Rick and Kate are living in San Francisco.
Thanks again!

vjlee chapter 12 . 5/30
Regardless of what has happened since they found Castle, no matter what happens tomorrow, she's thankful to be living in a world in which he's alive. - "Elliot watches it hit home, soft pride in his eyes as she relaxes visibly." poetic...simply...poetic ;)

Dmarx chapter 17 . 4/3
I stumbled across Nic’s sequel recently so obviously I had to come back and read this first. And all I can say is wow. You evoked so many emotions over the course of this journey. I smiled, I laughed, I bawled my eyes out. I was frustrated, I was proud, I was sad, I was happy. You broke my heart with their pain but then you put it back together again so beautifully. Incredible story, thank you for sharing it with the fandom!

This was a heartbreaking story, but very well written. Your note says a sequel is in the works - is that still happening?

I just re-read this story (again!) and it's heartbreaking and wonderful at the same time.
I hope all is well and you have been able to work on the sequel story you've mentioned. I can't wait to read it!
joelle.h.good chapter 17 . 2/5/2017
First off I have to say, absolutely without a doubt amazing writing!
Secondly, I have read probably thousands of caskett fanfic, over the past 5-7 years. Some of it very anxiety enduring. But this fic actually had me crying with the biggest amount of anxiety I have ever experienced while reading. I love Caskett and my family teases me that I love them to the point of dilution. I would probably agree most of the time. I know they are not real but the coupling is so well done by Andrew Marlowe that it has people, mainly myself, believing, WANTING, them to be real.
All of that blabbing aside, this fanfic had me truly believing they are/were real. I am so relieved that you ended it on a happy note given that it took the whole fic to get there. Thank heavens they got there lol my anxiety couldn't have survived if they hadn't.
I mainly just wanted to say, I loved this fic. I loathed it at first because of the path that it was taking (but I kept reading) and my heart was getting crushed.
Lastly one word : BRAVA!
