Really loved this story. The story within a story was absolutely fantastic, a real page turner. And then having it sort of encased in the after, giving us a glimpse of what was to come before we saw the events leading up to it, just gave it a very interesting and unique feel. Thank you!

Wow. I am totally on the edge of my seat with this one. Just wanted to keep yelling at them to hurry the entire time they were trying to find a car! You've really captured the sense of urgency!

I think *I* just literally got off on the way Gibbs drinks his coffee. Gonna have to pay a whole lot more attention to that from now on!
I'm so impressed by how you've kept everyone in character in this scene. I felt like I was watching something right out of an episode with the voices and banter you provided. I feel like you have their flaws and quirks mastered without going over the top and exploiting them into caricatures. I love the beginning of the story and also that it's Gibbs pushing for it to be told. Can't wait to read the rest of the adventure and I find it interesting that you're doing it conversationally (at least in the beginning) rather than jumping straight into a flashback which seems like the easier writing out. Even if the next bits are flashbacks, I think this was a marvelous and unique way to begin the tale.

Oh HEAVENS, the litany of debauchery in the beginning of this was just delicious. I loved picturing them getting it on in all of those places, so not-quite Tony, so very un-Gibbs, but so very them. The treatise on pet names (and the not so subtle stab at authors who perhaps over-use them) was both humorous and hot with it's co-mingling of foreplay. The jumps still leave me a little disoriented and I'm waiting for it to coalesce into the larger story in the description. I have faith it will all be coming together as a whole soon!

I'm super intrigued by this! On the whole, the opening chapter feels quite non-linear and a bit disjointed but I can certainly see how you are using all the bits to set the scene for more of the meat of the tale. I loved the domesticity of the opening scenes, I feel like you get their voices right for me. So many authors overly feminize them in domestic or intimate scenes and in my head you write them in a very believable way.

OMG, the sex position discussion...That last line. I'm so glad I wasn't reading this in public.
