GeesBBg chapter 1 . 9/23 holy shit balls. I need more of this. much more. I hope you're well and that you're able to come back and finish this. |
MrNoName chapter 3 . 9/7 You made a little mistake naming the golden coins that the westerosi use galleons. It’s obvious to see that you are a Harry Potter fan. |
Dfdf chapter 32 . 8/15 Dfdf |
JackieNim chapter 39 . 8/8 I was initially bummed when I saw chapter 39 was an authors note, but after reading it... I am glad. Very actually. I wasn’t into where the story was heading those last few chapters; everything felt kind of hopeless after the dragons left Valyria. I did read both parts of this story back to back and for the most part loved it. Robb and Jon’s relationship rarely fails to make me giggle. I do hope you come back, and also hope those edits/rewrites turn the story to where you want it to go. Thanks for the great read! |
QueenEleanorAquitaine chapter 39 . 7/27 Well, I just binge read both parts. :) My unproductively has been truly epic, and I couldn't care less. I hope you take up the story again, but if not, you still have my thanks. |
QueenEleanorAquitaine chapter 33 . 7/27 The end of this chapter is the only time a fanfic has given me goosebumps. |
D.OkhaleesigiraffesFLY chapter 1 . 7/27 This story is amazing! Please update because I’m really looking forward to what you have planned for Arya and nymeria |
meletusd0r chapter 1 . 7/15 nice |
Guest chapter 25 . 7/2 You Stark family is too perfect |
SEAGUL chapter 7 . 6/30 It does make sense for Loras to step aside and to do so graciously. Barristan is a older man, and with his years of experience and training he will make all the members of the Kingsguard better. But he is still a much older man. Loras, despite what his grandmother thinks, isn't stupid, not in matters of arms anyways. He knows Barristan only has so many years left, and he was experience that Loras could use to become a better Kingsguard. Being a soldier and being a bodyguard are too very different things. And if he steps aside willingly, then it causes not hard feelings and resentments. When Barristan can no longer be the Lord Commander, Loras will take the mantle back, having learned all he can from a legend like Ser Barristan the Bold. Loras is good but if given the chance to learn from legends like Ser Barristan the Bold or Ser Arthur Dayne, if he was alive, from a Knight of Legend, you take it and learn all you can. |
fwmclaughlin chapter 39 . 4/13 I truly enjoyed the story and hope to see more someday. |
DoTheBartMan chapter 34 . 4/2 Is Dany ending up with Bran? because that's a stupid pairing |
Guest chapter 1 . 3/21 Amazing! |
reluctantuser chapter 39 . 2/9 I've just read both parts, and I'm very happy I did. This is a good story! Quite a few stories with a focus on a specific character often run aground due to the character being too good and powerful and everyting to be realistic. This story sometimes comes close to that, but doesn't cross that line. I like that there are many occasions where Robb is conflicted and unsure about what to do, and needs (and, more importantly, acknowledges that) help. I also like that Robb's and Margery's relation isn't super-happy all the time. While I was at first more than a bit sceptical of the Red council, introducing that was a good decision. The Essos parts now don't feel so disconnected. To be quite honest, I'd rather not see the Benjen part rewritten. In fact, that part was quite a good idea. Having another character realize what was about to happen, and start preparations years ago... having other characters than the main character being smart is a good idea. I also, somehow, like the Bran-Dany part. Not sure if that will go somewhere (she is a bit older, no?), but it's a lot better than Jon-Dany, which I personally rather dislike (ewww). In the end, it doesn't even have to go anywhere. Not every teenage romance has to lead to a wedding or death. Although the look on Catelyn face upon learning who Bran wants to date .. Also, you write the three Stark boys' interactions as if they are truly brothers, which is much more rare than one'd think it is. If I may say so, you seem to have a knack for planning things out instead of just adding plot element from nowhere. Like with Jaime and the Citadel. Speaking of Jaime... I think we haven't yet learned who was the surprising person to free him, so maybe this threat will go on. Soo... I'm eager for part 3. Thank you for writing and posting! |
ThestralBalerion chapter 39 . 2/2 I'm absolutely in love. can't wait for more |
