I am really enjoying your fresh take on events. At first I was a little apprehensive because your story held so many quotes from the actual book. But you have done a wonderful job deviating. Bravo!

Harry's relationship with Neville is my favourite you've written in the story! Love the friendship!

My ONLY qualm with this AMAZING (seriously amazing!) story you have, is the obvious bias towards liking Draco haha. For all intents and purposes he is JUST as annoying as Ron, hahaha. But you've written Harry as completely enamoured by someone who, kind of like Ron, is a little reminiscent of Dudley. And the posturing about his father is equally annoying as Hermione haha. I dunno. I know you're writing a Drarry story so perhaps that is why it can't be a totally unbiased Slytherin Harry story. AMAZING AMAZING SO FAR THOUGH. I LOVE RHAST SO MUCH!

Oh my god your "I am still alive" comment just made me realize there is a chance you are indeed dead. I knew it was possible, and even likely you had abandoned this site and perhaps even fanfiction entirely, but I didn't consider death... ANYWAY, I'm actually faring pretty well at the end. Perhaps it's the fact that Hermoine and Neville found out about the abuse. I'll probably leave a review again someday if you ever update or when I stumble across this when my fluctuating taste in plots returns to this and I see the title, become interested, and open it up only to find I've already read it. Oh geez. I'd never read fanfiction before at the time you last updated this book, but it's amazing to see you interact with readers and learn a bit more about your writing process. There's absolutely no point to me writing this except for the fact that I'm terrified to read the next and last chapter. I'm going to get on with it now and then go to sleep.

GODDAMN IT ONLY THREE MORE CHAPTERS TO GO (also, I know I generally whine a bit about how close it is to the end of a book or how I feel about it ending, but I only do that so the author, in this case you, can understand just how much I adore their writing and to show how invested I am in their story. I never mean to make anyone feel bad for not writing or as though they should be writing more. I just feel that in most cases it would help the author learn, grow, and understand how amazingly impactful they are. I am fully aware of how lucky I am that you've even decided to share your muse with the world, and that there are way more important things, such as your personal well-being and happiness, than entertaining strangers on the internet. This was long and likely unessessary, but after my previous going-on about how much I didn't want the book to end, I just wanted to express all this. I can see in your bio about your health, and I'm happy that you're taking a break from this for a while/not straining yourself to write. Anyway, I think that's all I have to say for now. An excited squeal and a rather intense fist pump were the results of finding out what Harry saw in the mirror. I kind of dread reading more just because I know I'll eventually run out of things to read and it probably won't be updated for a long time, if ever. Plus I'm supposed to be doing school. I'm so torn right now. I want to read, but I don't want to read so much that I have to stop reading. That sounds weird, but I'm sure you understand. And whenever I finish, I'll feel ever so lost, as I always do in these cases, and then I'll have to find a new book to drown my sorrows in. Which may lead to the same thing at the end of that one. Which leads to me not getting any work done. It really is quite a problem. I have an essay to turn in tonight, and I only have the introduction finished as of now. Anyway, I've gotten carried away. I'll probably leave another review when I finish chapter 12. Which is only 5 chapters away T-T. What I started out writing this to say is that I love you and your story and your characters and at this point, I'm very emotionally invested. Good job.

I really like this story! It is a fresh plot I think, or maybe I've just missed most of these stories, either way, I like these characters.

Putting him in "Gryffindor", makes this predictable and kind of boring. Slytherin, would have made sense. Just for future warnings your reviews arn't going to be too favorable at all. I do stand by an authors right to tell the story as they see fit, but it's always obvious in JKR's stories that she is a third class author when compared to Tolkien!
