I like this first chapter.

As much as Dan "hurt" Chloe in the show, by making her look crazy about the Palmetto shooting that he was responsible for, I don't see him ever hitting Chloe, and NEVER hitting Trixie! Chloe is to strong of a women to stay with a wife beater. Im guessing you put that in so Lucifer would have feelings he'd never felt before. Otherwise, I'm quite enjoying it.

Happy contented sigh...that was as Lucifer would say "lovely." You tortured us for quite awhile there and it's wonderful to see the angst put to rest and the pay off with our two favs happy and in love at the end. You've done an amazing at times angst filled job but never leaving us with doubts that the connection between these two remained strong. Be proud, you should be.
