| DeadlyRecon chapter 16 . 6/6 Hey, don't listen to the "reviews" like the one given by the guest below. You take your time writing, you hear? I'm in the same boat with my Halo story - my GoT one I seem to be having no problem with, but for the life of me I can't figure out how to write the latest chapter for my Halo one. Fan Fiction, in a way, can be harder than writing an original story when taken seriously. Some may find that amusing and/or wrong, but it's true. Why? Because in a seriously thought out Fan Fiction, the characters you are writing aren't your own. That means in order to write them correctly, you need to know every pet peeve, personality trait, and habit these characters have. And the only way to know the characters so well is to thoroughly read the course material and enter the mind of the original author; an endeavor not easily done. In any case, my point being: Take your time. "Rome wasn't built in a day," after all. And by all means, it can't be any worse than how G.R.R. Martin treats his fans. We are still hoping Winds of Winter comes out in 2019 lol |
