This was a very enjoyable read!

I knew Patsy was focused and this just proves it. It's a good thing Cole is fictional, no living person could possible deal with all this crazy on a daily basis.

Finally that warlock king is dead - yeah! And no one got killed and Patsy was still winning.

Proctor and Francesca are love. But somehow Patsy is still winning even when he isn't in the chapter.

I for one am not above a Francesca x Proctor pairing. I fear what that says about me.

It's official, Patsy owns this story. Yes the Charmed Ones do their part especially Piper and her transformations and the Guardians are also being stellar but Patsy is the real hero here, lol.

Why is the demonic intervention specifically in Africa? And not maybe Europe or Asia or even the North Pole? Also where specifically in Africa, the continent has just over 50 countries I'm trying to picture which ones.

I probably sound a bit like I'm ranting - only because I sort of am. That continent is often treated like one big country for some bizarre reason.

Africa aside - still enjoying the read.

They way Patsy steals every chapter he is in though lol and he doesn't even have to say a single word.

This story is very good, you have a way of creating believable scenarios. Every time I think of Patsy I just keep picturing this grumpy old man. The humor is also spot on.

The only draw back is grammatical errors or sentences that were cut mid off. But since I generally understand what is being said it's not much of a deterrent. And I understand that due to the lengths of the chapters editing can be a real hassle.

Of course it was lovely. What was I expecting - nothing less from she who has written THE Phoebe and Cole epic. I haven't been around this fandom for a while, and I came back to see if the new Magicmyth was up. What a delight to find it was.

I feel like I should wite something a bit more constructive than 'that was great I loved it' although it was and I did.

Cole too domesticated? I don't think so. He's older now, and I think this Cole, your Cole, wants that family life, and being with Phoebe means being in a family. The two aren't mutually exclusive anymore if they ever were. And I think someone with a real ache for children is hardly not going to delight in a domestic life when they've got two small magical children and an awful lot of inlaws.

This relates to all your work: this is the only Charmed fiction I've ever read that's broken out of 2D characterisation. I say Cole's a family man, and to be sure he is, and I feel this fiction is all about family and what that term means to begin with, but that's not all he is. Phoebe's a loving mother and devoted wife, but she's as mean and stubborn as hell sometimes. Every character has layers.

Not only that, but we have Mrs. Rinaldi, a character whom I positively love, school marmness and all. How many fanfictions (I hate that word - it doesn't do justice to what you've written) have OCs that matter and aren't just filler or the other link in a tedious love triangle? Too few, but this is one of the exceptions. Mark too before he croaked it and his Daffy Duck ties. See? I remember these things. And that shows something about the original characters. Do you write original fiction as well? I assume you probably must as you're so very good.

So, thank you for the ride really with these. I've read from To Know Phoebe, and I know that I wouldn't come back to reading Charmed for anyone else. It's been one hell of a journey from Phoebe sobbing and screaming in carparks for affirmation to two children and bastard retrievers.

How many years now? Must be three at least.

Absolutely wonderful! I am so sorry to see the story end though - I want it to keep going. I want to read more about Phoebe and Cole and Patsy and Francesca and about Evil's plan to ruin the sisters financially. And what happens with Africa and Phoebe and the spirit winds. All of the details you put into this story make it all seem so real. I hope you have more planned. It is excellent!
