I understand your point of view but I disagree with you completely Kira and Lacus do love each other blame the creators for them not having chemistry between each other. On ep 48 of Gundam Seed he does tell her he promises to come back through his actions.

Okay, no offense but, you're an idiot if you don't think Kira and Lacus ended up together it was completely fucking obvious they just never got physical because their fif-fucking-teen. And, before you say "But, Flay did...", FLAY IS A EVIL BITCH! who used Kira for her own desires where Lacus is someone who actually cares for him. And, SD is another prime example of "We're a couple," from Kira and Lacus. Just because they don't get physical on camera doesn't mean their not together. Lacus is way to prim and proper to be hanging off someone like that. BUT again no offense and I liked your story, just not your explanation at the end.

Well... how to start this... umm... I like your story but not so much... it's a bit hilarious... I guess? Umm, I'm not really sure but it is okay for me. Though, I think that the lack of fluff with this couple is greatly compensated in GSD... I think? I hadn't actually thought about the parings that way before and as I read It I couldn't hep but think I agree with you and that is (at least subconsciously) I have attempted to burry myself in SEED fanfiction. Only thing I have to say now is DAMN YOU! for turning me into a cynic with one rant oh well it may be for the best.

I have to disagree with your assesment of Kira/Lacus, they just aren't really the wild horndogs you wish they were. Lacus gave Kira a ring, and in Japanese culture that's kinda like a "are you gonna propose, or what?" Plus, they're only 18 in Destiny, and unless Kira and Lacus get a little wild while celebrating the end of the war, I think they'll keep their pants on until the wedding night.

Although imagine the sex on that night.

The whole Lacus/Kira relationship was more Japanese based then any western concept of a relationship. By giving Kira her mothers ring it was a declaration of romantic love or even possibly engagement. Now since this was originally created in Japan it does not translate the same and therefore causes some confusion onto the pairing. Good one shot though.
