"...a short chapter to get back into the swing of things." it's been over five years since you last updated...it certainly didn't help you get right 'back into the swing of things'...is this wonderful story abandoned? if so, please delete it so you don't give people false hope...if not, I hope you update soon...it really is a good story and I love it...will you make it all the way to Remus' Hogwarts years? that would be interesting...at least doing up to his first two years there...just in case you are still writing it, I am going to place it in my alerts...I hope there will be another update!

Great so far! But I was wondering about what that guy said about werewolf bites healing quickly and disappearing, I always heard from the books that they were the hardest thing to heal, I mean, look at Bill Weasly(although he wasn't bitten/clawed by a transformed werewolf but one in their human form, it still left alot of scarring) but I read that awhile ago so I could be mistaken. _

It's so sad to see this story unfinished. Do you ever plan on returning to it? I know how real life can get in the way, I can't blame you. Though I'm an artist and not a writer, I've had similar ups and downs in motivation and inspiration.

I came across this story while hunting down new Remus-centric fics to read, and was lucky enough to spot this and take a look. You had me hooked halfway through the first chapter, and I ended up reading all of it in two sittings. I was dreading coming to the last chapter you have (7), since I knew it was incomplete and may forever be a cliff-hanger leaving me wanting for more.

So I've decided to throw myself on the ground and plead for you to give it another chance. The amount of detail and consideration you've put into Remus' backstory is a very rare thing to find. I've never read so much focusing on his pre-Hogwarts time from any author before, and it's beautiful. These are very ugly and sad years in Remus' life, and it shouldn't be carelessly shoved into the background or forced into one or two chapters.. so I want to thank you for the obvious amount of time and care you've put into this tale thus far. Even if you don't continue, thank you for this glimpse into what you envisioned Remus' life to have been like. It has enriched my view of him, and I only wish it could've gone on for many, many more chapters, through Hogwarts and beyond.

Oh,man! This is so sad! You're going to kill me! But I think you've nailed his parents really well. They were probably extraordinary people to be able to raise somebody as Remus.

i absolutly loved the transformation scene, it was so well done, and i think you really captured that sense of pain and tragedy and helplessness that he must of felt during that time.

my eyes have literally been glued to the screen for this entire story! i am so looking forward for your next update!

are you by chance going to be continuing this to his hogwarts years? I think you'd be brilliant at writing what he was feeling during that point in his life, how he regarded dumbledore and how he eventually learned to be friends with james sirius and peter and so on.

im here to review propely last i was probably in my dont feel like writing moods well what can i say u portray the emotions very vert well ... brilliantly yay thats th word im looking for nearly made me cry i could practically see everything happening in front of my eyes the transformation was horrible it sent shivers down my spine reading it was bad enough imagine wittenessing it or going through shiver...you made remus seem his age he was not overly brave but extremly brave none the less aw just wanna give him a hug...anyway the scene were they the kids turn on him was extremly well written u showed how cruel us humans can be it reminded of a scene in lord of the flies by william golding were the boys kill a character simon you showed how fear can turn many times into something more horrible ie anger cruelty etc

my ONLY COMPLAINT IS THAT YOU TOOK SO LONG TO UPDATE HOPE YOU UPDATE CHAPTER 7 SOON SOON WELL URE SUPPOSED TO CUZ THATS WHAT YOU SAID IN YOUR PROFILE!
