No better waiting room for eternity than a vacant beach. I was reminded of walking down a vacant black sand beach on an island off the coast of Africa during Peace Corps service. I had forgotten the magic. Uncanny how you captured the Professor so perfectly. "Sliders" as a series died with him.

I really liked this story, it really gives the dead original three some closure, plus I am and have always been a fan of Wade and Quinn getting together and this might allow them to do it while remaining true to the series.

Excellent story! I always liked to think that Quinn died and was with Wade and the professor (maybe he and Wade could finally admit they loved eachother in heaven) rather than merged and lost forever. Very sweet!

Great story like the whole after life thing its one way of explaining what happen to the charactors after the show
