Nice premise, piss poor writing

I'm completely p*ssed. That was such an awful ending for a story that kept it's characters consistent throughout. You just gave up, forcing an ending. From their laughable fight, to some untrained hack being able to grip the throat of a trained fighter, to their being led away in a daze as if they haven't had f*cking hundreds of life threatening scares, Snape bringing their parents to school as if letting Dumbledore put a face and a name to their parents isn't some cheap bit of contrivance, or even Snapes very obvious showing of who he stood with. You sculpted a very interesting character and in the end it still came down to some idiotic power of love plot armor to save the day. I feel cheated :(

I reaaaallllyyyy didn't appreciate the nerfing of their hand to hand combat and shooting skills. What, a broken and possessed man like Quirrell can swing so fast a trained mafia fighter can't even duck his backhand? Harry shoots and misses once, then with the next shot hits him randomly as if he didn't know how to aim? That's 100 f*cking percent a retcon of their previous skills. Chapter one he was shanking people in the balls, and this is what the story ends with?

Great story I really liked it a lot good job writing the story.
