Trekkiehood chapter 1 . 9/2 I really loved this! |
Philippa chapter 1 . 7/29/2006 That was so sweet! The way you zipped from scene to scene without getting bogged down in one particular one was very effective. I'm off to read the sequel! |
eac-dudette chapter 1 . 12/9/2005 o wow that was truely amazing! |
Kate Browne chapter 1 . 12/15/2004 A good Christmas story with real emotion-worry, fear, and love-without being cloying and sweet. Good job. Just one small nit, but this is one of personal pet peeves, so you can take it for what it's worth: the intrusion of the 2nd person (you) point of view/address. I notice it, but it does not detract from the story. |
nom-de-plume13 chapter 1 . 12/12/2004 A very good example of how War has no respect for anything or anyone... neither the soldiers fighting the battles nor the ones they left behind. |
wroxmoe chapter 1 . 12/10/2004 This was wonderful. Thank you for letting us see the side of the ones left at home. |
AGroovie1 chapter 1 . 12/10/2004 Very nicely done! Happy Holidays! |
lynw21 chapter 1 . 12/10/2004 Well said and well done |
L J Groundwater chapter 1 . 12/10/2004 At first I thought this was going to be funny- "Turn around. Not you-him." (Ah, Carter!) But now I know where some of Hogan's passion and intensity come from. I like James and Carolyn Hogan. And how hard it must have been for ALL people whose loved ones are caught up in war at the holidays. Very nice, Marty. |
Becky chapter 1 . 12/10/2004 Just beautiful, Marty! |
