Bitter-Sweet Teardrops 1/13/10 . chapter 6The whole set of drabbles were amazing. You managed to communicate so much to the readers in the span of around 100 words, and they left me gaping in admiration. They were so touching, I've got to say I really loved no. 6, it is so realistic and down to earth, different from many of the fantasy endings which many fics have with Sasuke in it. You've done a amazing job, your writing style is so beautiful and touching...
Great work, thanks so much for sharing.

Inner Poise is great 12/29/08 . chapter 2oh jeez. this is about the most heart-wrenching thing i've read. i absolutely love reading fics dealing with the relationship between hinata and her father. good job! |
Heise 11/22/08 . chapter 3That was really beautiful. I don't understand it, but it feels like I just read something really important. (had read RfR before reading this drabble) and yes, I had wondered about that bloody cloth. Is that bloody cloth your invention, or from the manga? I can't tell- you're that good! :D(hadn't been up to date with the manga) |
 Kochiki 4/6/08 . chapter 1who's Sarutobi? |
RakeeshJ4 1/15/08 . chapter 3It is difficult for me to understand this one (the one about, and the ones about Neji, are easy to understand and I think you did a GREAT job with Sarutobi).
To me, Naruto has always reminded me-just a bit, in motives-of Faramir, the brother of Boromir in the Lord of the Rings. Not in intelligence, dialogue, demeanor, or anything else, of course! Heh. But in motives. I remember one of my favorite lines in LotR, and it's one of Faramir's. Something along the lines of not loving the many arts of war danger for themselves, but rather for what they protect. Faramir loves things such as crunching an enemy's nose with his fist, and the flight of a kunai because of what they protect. I think Naruto does, as well.
Even from the very first episode, we see that Naruto's two motives are thirst for recognition and acceptance, and protecting his precious people (more simply defined as 'love'). And it is always the latter that spurs him to greater heights, not the former.
But still, even though I don't quite understand it and think that perhaps it is too mysterious and subtle for its own good-there are too many conclusions that can be drawn, in my opinion-I still enjoyed it. I would love to know, though, what you mean when you say that Naruto knows where love goes, unfortunately. |
DeadUchiha 12/24/07 . chapter 6 All are great, but 4 and 6 are amazing. |
llivla 10/2/07 . chapter 6Wow, I have to say that 4 and 6 were my favorites. 4 because...well, you definitely wrote an off beat couple. And I liked it. :D 6 because the last line startled me-like I was realizing the same thing too. Heronite over at LJ recc'ed you enthusiastically for Rosemary for Rembrance, and I just got done eating that up. |
 gokusgirl 7/21/07 . chapter 4AKA rukia_priness, just to let you know. :D
This is powerful. It takes only one thing to make only 100 words leaving you saying, 'damn'.
TALENT.
You got it. |
