| reader chapter 1 . 3/11/2007 Strange that this doesn't have more reviews. Your style etches the story into the reader's mind. I appreciate how quiet and awkward you show their relationship as-like in the series-but with a touch of mystery that you mix in. Great imagery ("bottom lip sucked between her teeth") and that added bit about the birds was nice. It made me think that the two were taking off together, like birds, into an unprecedented relationship. Keep it up. |

I really like how you described Hinata's nervousness and Neji's tenseness (is that a word?), despite his stoic expression. I've never read anything with Neji's hair brought into the picture. It made an interesting element. And I like the explanation you included for Hinata's short hair. An unexpected side of Hinata, but most fitting! And the last few paragraphs made me hold my breath! T_T Why did Hinata walk out! Why did Neji let her! Those two... Anyhow...excellent job! Wonderfully written and delivered! -adds to faves- |
