ReecesPeeces chapter 1 . 2/4/2011 Very very nice. I like Pendergast and you've done a good job with this. |
Airelle Vilka not signed in chapter 1 . 11/28/2010 Perfectly lovely in its isolation, just as anything involving Pendergast should be. Applause! |
T.L. Battle chapter 1 . 8/30/2009 An absolute beautiful snippet inside Pendergast's head. You've characterized him very well! And provided a plausible answer for his FBI training. Excellent job! |
DeengoBlue chapter 1 . 8/9/2006 I must admit to being more than occasionally puzzled by why a man like Pendergast would join the FBI with all it's rules and politics, but you have posed a very plausible answer. More than that, you made me feel as if I were running in Virgina myself that morning. Very well done. |
and her magical cat Roscoe chapter 1 . 6/29/2006 Marvelous! A deeply palpable sense of place and space - very well executed description - just the right level of detail and using all the senses. A terrifically propulsive tempo and solid through-line. Well-shaped middle and a satisfying conclusion. I hope you don't mind quotes in reviews - I like to be specific and have to tell you the line that really resonated with me was "He is in Quantico, Virginia because he doesn’t know where he wants to be..." Wonderful. I see from your Author page you touch a lot of fandoms - I hope you give us another look into the world of the Brothers Pendergast in honor of the new novel. Thanks for the great read! |
CommodoreOblivious chapter 1 . 11/28/2005 OH wow! That was brilliant! Beautiful! Brava, brava! Smeagul |
Lesya chapter 1 . 6/27/2005 Good stuff! Thanks for feeding my Pendergast addiction. Yum. |
