Wow, what a ride that was! Thanks so much for writing this amazing story. I loved every minute of it. Definitely one of my favourites, that I will come back to read again.

Just had to comment on your fortress arc. I enjoyed it immensely; it was like watching a jidaigeki with all the court trappings and backstabbings. And now it's time for the band of seven arc. Awesome work!

I'm only eight chapters in, but just had to pause reading momentarily to let you know how much I love your kick ass Kagome. And Inuyasha is his suitability snarky self, and now we have the appearance of Sesshomaru, returning in his role as bitch supreme! Enjoying this story so much!

That was really something special. It takes a lot of guts to write something so incredibly intense, and I was thoroughly impressed from start to finish.

My goodness... Where do I find a girl like her? I'm more than partial to strong women who are willing and able to, both literally and figuratively, kick my behind... I don't know what that says about me, but I honestly don't care at all... Long live to strong females!

I'm glad to see you portraying an unambiguous relationship between Kikyou and Inuyasha. The triangle thing is always tiresome at best, and she is a friggin zombie after all...just, ew.

That sounds very, very ominous. In the beginning, I suspected that it would eventually be revealed that "the plan" was due in large part to the influence of commando-Kagome in the past and it would somehow all make sense in the end and she was in on it all along.

Now, I'm thinking that the original story took place more or less according to canon, but ended in tradgedy instead. Hence, the plan to alter the past by manipulating the present to mold Kagome into a true warrior in order to give her a fighting chance to survive in this timeline. There is a paradox implied, but I don't know what it is yet.

What I do know is that apparently Koga and Kagome spend some quality time together somewhere along the line and that is not something I am

This is great stuff, but I am thoroughly... flabbergasted by the actions of present-day Inuyasha.

Granted it is still too early in the story to understand exactly what circumstances led to the whole situation, but how can his dating Kagome possibly not lead to an unmitigated catastrophe? Perhaps I am missing something important, but it appears that the very fabric of reality in this timeline could be at risk.

So until this is sorted out all I can think is: what the actual F is he thinking?

So this really is incredibly well written, and I am rapidly becoming hooked.

At this point I am mostly curious about two things: First of allwhat exactly is "the plan" that Sesshomaru mentioned in the beginning of the story, and what is the objective? What does Kagome's katana have to do with it?

That part I'm hoping to discover along the way, but the other thing that I am wondering about are the inner monolouges that Kagome and Inuyasha frequently seem to have with themselves. What is up with that?

This sounds very, very interesting so far and I am intrigued. This version of Kagome is already quite a bit more likeable and the plot seems to have great potential.

I was really surprised that the well still works because I wouldn't expect this Kagome to keep it a secret from the military. Based on the breif conversation between the inu bros I was sort of anticipating that she was going to to be gone for the whole two years.

I’m in awe. This is by far the best story I have ever read, fan fiction and published works alike. I love this MORE than the original story- no joke, no flattery, truly I do. It was so well written, you and your team of supporters made a masterpiece here that encompassed everything I’ve ever wanted in a truly epic tale. This had so many incredibly powerful elements. Finally officially halfway through this fic! And can I just say- I’m pretty damn positive that I love this version of the Inuyasha story WAY better than the original. Seriously. You have taken pretty much every little trope of the original story and flipped it on its head in an awesome way. My favorite part? Kagome is a badass and well prepared, using the perks of being from the freaking future like a boss- love it! The dynamic that you’ve created between her, Inuyasha, and Yashita- so much richer than anything I’ve ever seen in a fanfic before. Seriously, you are brilliant. I can’t gush enough. I’m pretty sure my life has been put on hold until I finish this fic. I love you. For realz.
