FAVORITE EVER is Chris. I don't know how I managed to watch Charmed without him, nor to live after he died in his dad's arms. Love you for writing this.

Best story ever

It's a shame you didn't finish this. It really is quite good. There are quite a few grammatical errors, however, and there are some things that I'm not too sure about.

Chris being Leo's favorite is definitely high on the list. His actions (yes, I know he says that he was compensating by giving more attention to Wyatt) don't reflect that or make sense at all. He lets Wyatt torture Chris. How does that make sense? Chris is supposedly his favorite and Leo essentially sits back and "watches" while Wyatt tortures Chris. He also compensated so much that he actually neglected Chris. It would have made more sense if he spent a significant amount of time with Wyatt but didn't spend as much (still a lot, but not as much) time with Chris. There is no way that Leo would have made Chris think that Leo didn't care for him (even if it wasn't on purpose) just so that no one would see that Chris was his favorite child.

Also, the idea that the family is still around Wyatt even though he is evil is very odd. I can understand them not being a part of the resistance, but to actually have him around? I feel like they would have been in hiding much sooner. Leo's attack on Cole in the apartment was just a week before Chris went back to the future, and Wyatt had taken Drew and the twins out (against Cole's wishes but out). Wyatt knew where they were but never tried to take them back to the "pseudo-manor"?

And Leo. I already went into this, but I just don't see him living with Wyatt after what Wyatt has done to the world and after he murdered innocent people. I can see him having nothing to do with either side but to actually condone murder and try to justify it? That seems a little far fetched to me.

Which also brings up a point that I missed earlier. Leo let Wyatt torture and murder Lizzie in front of Chris while Chris was begging his father to stop Wyatt. If Chris was his favorite, Leo would have caved at that point.

You've got conflicting points that you try to explain away, but it doesn't make a difference because it still doesn't make sense. Actually, it creates more confusion.

Even though I have criticized quite a bit in this story, I still did really enjoy it. I would really like to see you finish it, even though I know the odds of that happening are slim to none. It's been 10 years since you last updated. I can still hope, though...

This story is brilliant. Great characters, well developed. I like the glimpse of the past and the future. I like the interaction between Wyatt and Chris, and the idea to let Chris heal normally so he's forced to take a break and let his body recover.

I was a little surprised that an alternate idea to binding Drew's powers wasn't to send him to the past with Chris to study and train there, and with the sisters. It could be a good effect on him. I like the twins, and I very much like how Cole is in this piece. Lucy is an interesting character, though it is hard to see how she justifies Wyatt's actions so much. Then again, like Leo she is standing by him when no one else is whether he deserves that or not.

You write well, and the story is great. A different idea than we have seen before. There is so much here to work with that I would love to see you finish it.
