Absolutely beautiful. Oriya and Muraki are by far my favorite couple. Not enough has been written about them. I don't know, but Oriya himself is the only thing in the series that redeems Muraki. If somebody loves you, you havent screwed up entirely at life. Again, great job.

Ooh, this was marvelous. I love the way you write Oriya, and the way this story really feels like -him-. Everything is getting filtered hrough his point of view. It really makes the reader look at events differently, makes them realize just how absurd things really are.

I also loved the emotions that come across. The resignation, the wry humor, the frustration, you show it all really well.

Wow. You captured Oriya's character so well. Wonderful work! I like seeing things in Oriya's perspective.

Wonderful fic. The message came out strong and the flow was good. The rambling about dead people cracked me up, and I loved the ending. )

I liked. A lot. An interesting perspective, I think. I especially enjoyed the repetition of dead. Dead boy. Dead, death, and then finally, alive and living.

An amazing story. What you get from the anime and the manga is just a glimpse of the depth of Oriya's love for Muraki, how unconditional it is, and how much that pains him, all of which you've captured so well here adding that extra dimension of getting in Oriya's head that the other media leave out. It strikes as very in-character. Doesn't need any slashy overkill to throw the relationship between the two in such a compelling and tragic and utterly poignant light. Adding Hisoka to the mix (and keeping Muraki physically absent from the story) is a particularly effective way of doing things, as they've both been affected (ruined?) by Muraki. There's a strong sense from your story they could teach each other a lot, they recognize this, yet they both remain unchanged-and that's okay, c'est la vie. I say it again, amazing.

Finally, a MurakiOriya fic! They're so few of them and I love them dearly. But, this was very nicely written. Ah, we need more MurakiOriya fics...
