Caim was my favorite charcter in drakengard. Inuart i always saw as a lovestruck fool. This fanfic turned my opinion of them completely around! i feel sorry for inuart and caim sounds like a heartless bastard now. i hope you decide to write more chapters, i would like to see inuart catch up to caim, and finally beat him like in the game.

I literally jumped back at Caim's change in behavior towards the end, but...somehow I can picture this playing out. Though... poor ol' Inuart is always playing second fiddle in romance. We all know Caim's first love is wanton murder.

I remember this fic was on what happened to that site anyway? This is a great story, can you write more stories like this?

Let me start by saying you have a wonderful writing style. And, up until the yaoi, everyone was stupidly in character. It was all animated in my head. But, I have to say, the yaoi was a sudden shift from the earlier stuff... I suggest a little more ease of a flow from Caim's belittling attitude towards Inuart to the "needy" one later. It was abrupt and... for lack of a better word, strange to see him turn 180 like that. However, like I said before, I really do like your writing style. Please write more!

wow, this was amazing. This was the first ever DOD fanfic I've ever read, as I try to stay away from many of them. but what a luck! I love the way you write, and although Caim was more abusive than I imagined him to be to Inuart(laugh) this was very faithful to the character and plot... Please write more DOD fanfics! what a treat!

Wow...I'm really disapointed that this hasn't been reviewed before, are people stupid? This is amazing and I'm glad to read another Drakengard fic, there are two few of them out there. I think this is the first Caim Inuart pairing I've read and the've actually stayed in character. Anyways, I loved this fic. and I hope you'll continue with this pairing in the future.
